This course is aimed for people who are wanting to work within the spraying industry or set up there own business. what you will gain from this course.

  • 1 weeks of intensive training, training in the workshop and in the spray booth and working with our team hands on with real jobs seeing how its done correctly (hands on experience)
  • Full understanding of health and safety making sure you can correctly do the job safely and complying with HSE and COSHH
  • Full start up kit (half face mask, 25 ltr compressor, 10m air hose, LVLP spray gun)
  • Equipment set up and cleaning
  • Cleaning and stripping of different substrates
  • Masking and preparation
  • Understanding of different protective coatings
  • Spraying techniques
  • Use of airless sprayers, different tip sizes and understanding different machines
  • Different gravity fed guns, different tip sizes and learning the correct fan patterns
  • Ongoing support and trouble shooting
  • On completion of the course you will have full understanding of all spraying equipment, have confidence in starting and completing your own jobs. changing your life from the standard weekly wage to earning up to thousands a week
